Oh gosh, it’s like without me even meaning too, i’ve begun a little Thursday ritual. A little life round up and an update on’stuff’. So potentially the 3rd week running, here’s a little look at my last week or so and some highlights … all through the eyes of my little battered iPhone.
Strawberry Picking: Sunshine, Fresh Strawberries, and a bag of Miringues. What more could anyone possibly ask for. Jase and I had a great day out strawberry picking on Sunday and you can see some pics of our little day out in the above :) I have a full post coming soon on this as it was such a fun day :)
Pimms O Clock: As soon as the sunshines the clock turns cocktail hour. You’ll see a few dotted round in this little instagram roundup, that’s because i’ve turned into a raving alcoholic and can’t go 6 hours without requiring a fresh lime Mojito or a fully kitted out pimms. Hey it’s summer, it’s allowed.
Secret Garden: This is the 3rd pic in the top row and is my little lunch time hideaway when I need some relaxation time in the biggest sun trap in Covent garden. It’s a gorgeous little courtyard just around the corner to my office and gets packed out at lunch with all us workers seeking some ‘outside of city life’ sun and grass. I love it here.
Date Time: As mentioned in yesterday’s post, Jase and I had a lovely day out in Bath on Monday and this is where the cute little roof terrace pics and the yummy ice cream snaps have come from in the above. We had such a lush day, and not only this and our fun strawberry picking we also went to a very nice steak restaurant on Friday night for a little birthday treat. You can see our little surf and turf feast in the bottom right. MMM.
Fire Starter: BBQ’s are my favourite thing ever, and as soon as the sun shines I force anyone in breathing distance of me to immediately spark up the barbie, get out the rikorderlig and chill back in the sun with a yummy burger and sausage. This weekend was no different and we had a fab BBQ on Saturday with a fire pit to keep us warm into the night.
What I Wore: The final couple of snaps are a sneaky look into a few of my outfits from last week. i’ve been living in dresses and sandals (my H&M faux suede ones which I own in EVERY colour) and am so grateful to finally be out of my jeans. Tanned legs here I come.
