So we’re finally seeing our British winter, brr. The frost is out which means two things, cold toes & pretty pictures. I’ve been looking forward to this weekend all week, mainly as it provides my first real opportunity to play with my new camera (Canon D550). So todays outfit post has been snapped using my new gadget, and I am really impressed with its quality. I’ve still got lots of playing around to do, to find out all the tricks and use it to its full ability, but here’s my (well my mums as she took the snaps) first attempts :) I’d also like to add that I blow dried my hair properly for probably the first time ever this morning, and was so chuffed. Can’t believe I am usually too lazy to do it. I’ll be blowdrying it every time from now onwards, totally helps me avoid the frizzy scarecrow look I usually sport.

I’m going to be spending the weekend chilling, I’ve been really tired this week and think I need to just take some chill time. So cosy sofa, old movies and I’ll probably start tackling my mountain of Christmas chocolate which I still have left to eat is all thats filling my agenda. Although I will pop out at some point to nip to Boots, as of today if you trade in your old mascara Clinique will be giving you a full travel size one free. Total bargain, and I live by my Clinique mascara so it’s perfect for me.
