This weeks outfits have been all about transitioning my wardrobe from Summer to Autumn and I thought i’d continue the theme (seeing as there’s currently no sign Summer round II is going to arrive anytime soon) and today feature a look which once again has a more ‘autumn’ twist to an otherwise summery outfit of mine.

When you invest in key pieces for Summer and then the sun disappears, it’s easy to put them to the pack of the wardrobe and wait until next summer to get them out again. When I bought my Reiss short suit I decided I wanted to try and wear the items as much as I could and not just for a slinky summer look, to make the investment worthwhile. This look is my first transitional styling of my Reiss shorts, i’m ditched the blazer and camisole for a cosy (and extremely cute) jumper, a block heel & of course a little fedora (it kept my ears warm and protected my hair from the rain).
The look was a total ice cool blue overload, but I actually quite enjoyed the match match styling of my Sugarhill Boutique cropped , spotty pastel blue jumper with my more slinky, chic Reiss Amar shorts. I went for off grey accessories with my Office pumps & ASOS fedora.

Such a gorgeous look – LOVE that jumper and shorts paired together. Such a great way to transition the shorts. It’s so annoying when you invest in summer clothes that can only be worn a couple of times, so i’ll definitely be trying to transition my items to Autumn as much a possible. xx
