. NAUTICAL STRIPED SUMMER DRESS .
After arriving back from holiday in the early hours of Wednesday morning last week, Jase and I weren’t quite ready to head back to work and had fortunately booked the rest of the week off which gave me some free time to spend with friends and family back in my home town of Winchester. I love going home to see my loved ones & luckily as the sun was shining for us we snuck away to our secret garden and dream home for a swim in the pool & a picnic in the gardens.

I wore this very cute, Dorothy esq. dress from Sheinside for the day, the sun was beautifully hot and it was the perfect occasion to give it a wear. I teamed the super feminine dress with my less than feminine Birkenstocks, but I quite enjoy the little contradiction, and as this was a day for garden fun I didn’t want to be pottering around in my heeled sandals. I love the stripes & button down back, the dress is very cute and is perfect for summer picnics & frolicking in the sunshine.
