. PROJECT TAKE 10 .
It’s beginning to feel a lot like Christmas, with festive party invites filling my diary and the high street filling it’s stores with fancy dresses and sparkly accessories. I do love this time of year and the prospect of getting glammed up for Christmas parties. It’s the one time of year when you truly do have an excuse to buy that dream dress you’ve been eyeing up and those killer heels you’ve been dying to own. It’s my own work party next week and i’m getting excited about picking my outfit for the night.

This beautiful Jarlo dress is currently top of my list. I spied this dress a few months back at a Jarlo dinner I attended to celebrate the launch of our special blogger project (you may have seen the posts here, here & here), one of the lovely PR girls was sporting the dress at the dinner and just looked stunning in it. Ever since then i’ve been dying for an excuse to have it.
For this months project take 10 the fab team at Jarlo have invited us bloggers to pick our favourite party dress and style it up for a special Christmas party. Naturally, without a seconds thought, I picked this Vicky dress in a deep navy colour. I actually own the Siobhan version of this dress which is a more summery cut (I styled it here) but this more winter style version is by far my favourite.
I styled the dress with a classic black clutch and my Marni for H&M heels which add a little edge to the other wise extremely sophisticated and elegant dress. This is the kinda outfit I’ll be sporting to my glam Christmas events this year, throwing on an extremely furry coat for warmth.

Can I ask you what size is your dress? And also what size do you normally wear in dresses (ie. zara, etc.). Is the other model (shioban) the same size?
