A Royal Parade

Another post in the ‘his and hers’ series. I did one of these style posts a little while ago, and featured pictures of Jase and I on a little day out and everyone seemed to love it. So I thought i’d do another post this time of what we’ve got up to this weekend so far.

His and hers outfits. I’m wearing my new AXParis floral print blazer. I’ve been lusting over the floral print for so long now so was super chuffed to receive this blazer last week. I styled it really simply as it’s fairly bold and standout, so plain jeans and a simple silk top were the perfect accompaniments.
Jase wore his dark purple Paul Smith top with his fave jeans of the moment from Zara – apparently they’re a great fit and so he now has them in multiple colours ;)

Making the most of half price Starbucks frappachino – not one to miss (3-5pm). This is probably doing no good for my waist line but every day I’ve been falling for this little £1.60 deal. It’s too much of a bargain not to. 



Living close to Richmond is awesome, as I love going for a stroll into town and sitting on the river. We ended up having some lunch on the river front watching all the preparation for the Queens parade … we’ll soon find out if this is the actual boat she’s cruising on today. It did look rather royal.



We’ve had a fairly chilled weekend so far, trying to cram lots in, it is 5 days long after all. Yesterday we also went into London and had some mexican at Wahaca before heading down to the Emirates stadium for the one and only Coldplay. We were so lucky to find last minute tickets come on sale. It was £85 each but so worth it, we were sat in the club section which was really nice and also meant we were protected from the rain that hailed down (until we left and had to que for the tube for an hour – brrr).
Today we’re heading down to meet some friends at Sloane Square to sit out and watch the queens parade. Probably followed by a nice pub lunch or a rainy BBQ :) Keep your eyes peeled as no doubt i’ll be instagraming (mediamarmalade).

    I hope you enjoyed Coldplay – I live right next to the Emirates so I’ve been enjoying the shows from my living room – they’ve been on great form!
