So as of tomorrow I’ll be out in Val D’Isere skiing for a week in a beyond comprehendible luxury chalet with a 5 course champagne doused meal every night. Yes, I will be rolling home. So in preparation for a day of travel tomorrow I am spending a very chilled out Saturday at home with my family. It’s proving a perfect time for getting a few blog features ready for the week ahead too and to catch up on all my favourite blogs which my busy week has permitted me from losing hours reading.

This week has been a crazy one for me and I am so glad its over now, work has been really busy and everything else a little turbulent. I can’t wait for a week away skiing though, just wish my boyfriend was coming too. In the spirit of having a cosy saturday to unwind, i’ve opted for a comfy yet non slobbish outfit. As I’ve mentioned many a time, I am recycling all my ‘non new’ clothes at the moment as I find I forget half of the things I own. This skirt was something I bought back in the summer and decided it could work a little winter makeover. eh voila.
