A cheeky little pay day treat. I’ve been lusting after a M.A.C lipstick for frickin’ ages but never bitten the bullet and just invested. Given I was feeling a little flush on Sunday whilst strolling around Bath, I decided it was about time I paid up for one of these beauties.
I went into the store with the intention of finding the perfect bright red or extreme pink shade of lippy, but I just have to face facts, they don’t suit me. Anyway, after trying a few different shades on I reverted to my favourite / trusty colour, a light pink shade. In the end I went for this ‘Speed Dial’ shade which I absolutely love. It compliments my current ‘english rose’ makeup style which is super news.
One of my least favourite things about lipstick is that they tend to make my lips really dry and chapped sometimes. The great thing about this Mac one is that it actually keeps my lips really hydrated as well as looking a fab colour. Well worth the £13.50 I think.

I literally will only buy MAC lipsticks now just because the performance of them completely outweighs the cost! There by far my favourite colours and finishes out there!

I recently bought this too, it’s lovely isn’t it! I love it because it’s not too in your face like some pinks can be and it stays on so well! :) You’re definitely going to be addicted to them now, I went through a phase where I couldn’t stop buying them!

I love Mac lipsticks! Favourite is Hue or Politely pink, I keep going for nudey pink ones but I really want a full on bright red one too! Ruby Woo is an amazing bright red matte one :)
