So here it is, March 1st, and as usual I have a new list of goodies lined up on my monthly wish list. This month i’ve kept it ‘reasonable’ and not gone too OTT with my list of things I want. Luckily enough my hit list of goodies also form an awesome little outfit, which surely gives me even more reason to invest? Yes, I thought so too.
There’s also a couple of totally unexciting things i’d like this month too, one of which is a tripod to help with all my blog outfit posts. They’re my favourite thing to view and read about on other peoples blogs and I love doing them on my blog too. The only problem is when my boyfriend or family aren’t around it can be a little tricky to do the 10 second timer sprint and still look reasonably okay in all the pictures. I’m hoping a tripod will help out, and make for even more outfit focussed posts. I’m also lusting for a couple more Real Techniques make up brushes (the Buffing & Stippling) as they are so highly rated and i’m trying to get a little more pro at my makeup these days. AND finally I may invest in a macro lens at somepoint soon, I love macro styled images and am really enjoying my new SLR so I may get a new little gadget to play around with. I am thinking of getting the Canon EF 50 mm f/1.8 II Lens, I’ve heard lots of fab things about it from loads of people and it’s really reasonably priced in lens world.
I also thought I’d give you a sneak peak of today’s outfit. I’ll be doing a separate blog feature on it soon, but here’s a little glimpse for the time being. Tonight is our team night out at work and we’re hitting up Soho for some food and cocktails which will be really cool. I decided to resurface this playsuit I got pre Christmas from Topshop, I seriously love it and don’t wear it anywhere near as much as I should. I also thought as a little ‘end of month round up’ I’d share a new favourite cocktail bar I discovered this week, it’s called Bourne & Hollingsworth and is just off of Charlotte Street (my favourite restaurant street) in London. It’s a really quirky vintage room with a cellar full of spirits, they do some amazing cocktails and is a great place to pop into before dinner out.

What do you think of my March picks? What’s on your hitlist this month?
Some lovely pics! Really love those strawberry jeans – I’m not sure I’d be brave enough to wear them myself.
You can get tripods really cheaply on Amazon, mine is a lifesaver for when I haven’t got anyone around to bully into taking photos, before I used it 9/10 times I’d set the timer up and then knock it off whatever I’d precariously balanced the camera on – oops! Lovely post :) xx
I think I have the exact same belt :D

Oooh I wouldn’t say no to those shoes or that necklace either and I’m dying for a tripod too, resorting to bribery usually is the only way I can take OOTD’s ha-ha. I love the look of your outfit too!

I love everything on your list this month. If only we had bottomless pockets eh.
In regards to the tripod, another option with a DSLR is to get a little remote which costs around £10 so you can just press a little button instead of the dash and pose option :) xx

waooo I love the necklace!
Ah I know the ten second sprint all too well!
I’ve yet to buy a tripod though, a stack of dvds and an ironing board is my tripod of choice atm!
Oh and I love how you’ve put this wishlist together : )

Love the look you’ve put together, lusting after the bag and jeans so much! So lovely for the summer :) Hope you enjoyed your night out! x
