I’ve been slowly but surely attempting to get into my maxi skirts and midi dresses, mixing up my style and varying my outfits from my usual mini shift dresses or bright jeans to pretty skirts and boho dresses. I’ve been taking baby steps, but since owning this gorgeous Love print maxi skirt, you literally can’t keep me out of it. You know when you find an item of clothing that you fall madly in love with, well that’s THIS. The colours of this absolute BEUAT are just so vibrant it makes you want to smile uncontrollably, the floaty swooshy nature makes you feel fabulous and gives you the urge to spin around and leap like you were running through a corn field. Generally everything about this skirt, in my eyes, is PERFECTION.

Because the skirt is such a statement, i’ve styled it super simply, and opted for a very plain white vest top (new from H&M). But just to give it that little dressy edge i’ve teamed it with my latest jewelerry obsessions including my H&M beaded necklace and super chic Shopdixi knuckle ring (I LOVE THIS SO MUCH). The outfit got lot’s of compliments I must say and I can see myself living in this throughout summer. dream.
I’ve been lasting after a knuckle ring for ruddy ages, especially after seeing Vic (Golly Gosh) wearing them so awesome-ly (?). They look amazing and are so subtle but totally chic. When the lovely Amy offered to send me one, I was over the moon. I’ve literally worn it every day since I received it and it’s become a staple jewellery item for me (you may have noticed given all my instagram posts).
