So a little while ago now I purchased some AA disco pants, very much fuelled on by some red wine i’d been drinking and the fact that at 11:45pm the twitter sphere was going manic about the 15 minutes left to use the 30% AA discount. Peer pressure and a lack of sobriety meant that I accidentally purchased a pair of these bad boys. Having sat in my wardrobe for a little while now, I finally decided I need to brave them and wear them out.

Despite the plans to wear my AX Paris dress last night (yesterdays outfit), in the end I swapped to this. The rain was a huge deterrent and I’m cold at the best of times. So I slipped on these AA disco pants and immediately teamed it with my Virgos Lounge Moss blouse to add a little glitz and glam.
Unfortunately the pictures above are really not that great as by the time we were leaving it was about 830pm and so the lighting situation wasn’t tres bon for us. Never mind, you can get the gist of the look. I must say it did look better in real life haha.
I bought these trousers in an XS. As a standard size 8, I was told the XS would be the best fitting and rumour had it right. These fit me perfectly, snug but loose enough on the waist to allow you to eat a 3 course meal out. I’m going to show you my casual styling of these AA pants soon, and I’m also really keen to try a cropped top with them. AGHH. I don’t own a bra let or crop top yet but I think it could look cool. (I did try to tuck this in briefly but the top was so long it didn’t really work).

You look great in those disco pants with the scalloped top. I’m not too sure if I can pull them off though! But I think I’ll buy a pair – you never know! Haha :)
