. MAC BRONZING POWDER .
Seeing as it’s another week in the sun for me, and likely to be another week in the unpredictable UK weather you, I thought i’d share a little summer secret with you all. I’ve always been a massive bronzer fan, and of recent years I’ve been obsessive about Benefit’s Hoola (a fab natural tan shade if applied with a big brush) however i’ve recently turned back to an all time favourite of mine. Mac.
I’ve been a massive fan of Mac’s make up collection ever since I was introduced to makeup at the tender age of about 15 (I think?). As I always say, I was always bought up to appreciate and use quality makeup brands as they’re much better products for your skin in the long run. I’ve mentioned it before but Mac was one of these brands, and as a ‘learning’ teen, Mac bronzer was one of my favourite every day products.
. Mac Bronzer (Surf Summer Collection 2011) – Solar Riche .
Despite living by Hoola for the past 4 or so years, I recently reverted to my old Mac ways, however rather than go back to my standard Mac bronzer routes I decided to try one of their limited edition ranges from their Surf Summer 2011 collection – the Poudre Soleil in Solar Riche. Mainly as I found it in the cosmetics store at a bargain rate.
Having used this product for around 4 weeks now, I’m totally (re)sold on it’s quality performance and natural sun kissed look. Given that my old fave Hoola is £25 and this is slightly less (marginal), I really do think it’s a super investment and for me, a perfect addition to my makeup routine. In fact, given my latest holidaying, i’ve actually only been using this product, alongside my Bobbi Brown bronzer gel (which I reviewed here) and have completely ditched the heavy foundation route which is a killer for my skin.
Are you a fan of Mac products, have you tried this summer collection bronzer? What’s your favourite bronzer?

I love the packaging of this porduct! It’s soo pretty! It’s nice for mac to bring some bright packaging and colours out for some fo their collections, as the plain black packaging sometimes gets a bit plain while sat next to your benefit purchases!!

Hi there, I’ve just started my blog and discovered yours – so sweet!
I’ve dabbled with MAC primer. I don’t want to get too attached to their products though for fear of spending too much money!
