Monochrome

This is just one of those super easy outfits for days when comfort is key. The jeans are a really old pair from Zara, they’re a fab cut and are heading towards a drain pipe / ankle grazer cut. I love them styled together with my Mango pumps (which I’ve worn so much they actually leave a stench behind me) and the finishing touch, my Topshop leather jacket.

Eh voila. A simple weekend outfit. I live in this sort of outfit at the weekend, or sometimes in the week at work (in fact I wore this to work on Monday too), it’s so easy but still looks quite smart and chic. I find in looks like this it’s the accessories that complete the look – my Gala Gonzalez pumps from Mango always jazz up a simple jeans look and add a little glamour to an other wise bland outfit. Handbags are my main accessory of choice (I always pay huge attention to bags and make treasure my own collection) and I always opt for statement and classic bags, preferring to buy investment pieces, as a bag is for life, after all.

I’m back from Nice today and ready for a weekend up in Bristol with Jase :) I even get another pressie from his family too which is super exciting. I hope the sun stays with us now (I want to wear my new Topshop sandals and Motel dress desperately).
