Todays outfit post features my bargain trousers from H&M which are a new favourite of mine. I featured them in an outfit post here, but thought today I’d show them in a slightly cosier, more UK weather friendly look.
These trousers were a crazy £9.99 and one of my best bargains of 2013 to date. I’ve worn them quite a few times already as actually, despite being quite a bold print, they’re quite user friendly and because of the dark tones, it’s quite easy to pair with simple block colour tops / jumpers.

I decided to wear the trousers with my oversized Monki cream knitted jumper which is a really simple knit, and actually tones down the trousers a bit by covering the high waist cut and muting down the print. As it was a little nippy out when I wore this outfit, I also added my leather jacket for another layer of warmth. The final touch was my Brit-Stitch satchel which matched the red tones in the print, hopefully not looking to garish with the trousers.
