BRANDY MELVILLE USA

August 12, 2013

. BRANDY MELVILLE LOW CUT DRESS .

As mentioned in yesterdays post, this weekend was spent in Chelsea, pottering around the shops, eating tasty food and dabbling in a little bit of shopping. I also got the chance to visit a store i’d been dying to go to for weeks, Brandy Melville – where I unsurprisingly managed to buy myself a few treats (one of which I immediately changed into ready to head straight to dinner).
Jase and I spent so long pottering around the high street that we ended up not having time to go back to the hotel to get ready for our evening out. Handily i’d bought myself this cheeky LBD from Brandy & Melville so improvised with a quick changing room outfit change prior to our meal. I managed to persuade Jase to take some pictures of me (this was NO easy feat) and once we got to the restaurant I nipped into the ladies and topped up my makeup and put my hair in a little quiff … I look a bid bedraggled in these photos I have to say.

. Brandy Melville Black Backless Dress . Mulberry Holly . H&M Sandals .
The dress itself is a little daring for me, not something i’d usually sport on an evening out (especially sans bra – I had no choice in the matter on this occasion) however I did like how bohemian casual the outfit was, especially as I only had my sandals to wear too. I bought this dress as I thought it would make the perfect summer holiday or festival dress … styled with a simple bandeau bra or neon bikini. I love the casual, no fuss cut of the dress and can’t wait to get some more wear out of it.

I also picked up a couple of other items from Brandy Melville which i’ll showcase on the blog soon … hopefully with a little less ‘boob’ next time :)

What do you think of my outfit for dinner? Have you heard of Brandy Meville before? How would you wear this dress for a summers night?

Love Brandy Melville! It’s cool how most of their clothes are one size fits all, makes them very loose and comfortable.
