. SUEDE OVERSIZE SHORTS .

Following on from yesterdays slightly risque outfit, today’s look is far more modest and chilled. It’s actually the outfit I wore during the day on Saturday before changing to head to the Bluebird for dinner. This outfit has fast become a new favourite of mine, super laid back, comfortable and quite ‘boyfriend’ esque.I’ve been after a breton top for absolutely ages but not had any luck finding a style and fit that I was happy with. I saw this number in topshop recently but found it really big and a little too oversized, luckily they also sold it in a petite – so whilst i’m not petite, the fit was much more what I was looking for. I love the cropped style of the top and the cute folded up shoulders (my own little touch).

The shorts and jacket are both really old Topshop numbers, i’m guessing a good 4+ years old. They’re golden oldies though and I love wearing pieces not everyone has. The shorts are so loose fitting they make any outfit extremely chilled out and they’re one of the only ways i’ve successfully managed to style the whole ‘boyfriend’ look.

I’m really chuffed i’ve managed to find a little outfit I can wear at the weekend, on  holiday, to festivals and to work. It’s not often you find something so versatile :)
