Tomorrow is NYE and whilst i’m really excited to see the new year in and looking forward to celebrating it with Jase, I don’t go OTT on New Years celebrations … usually opting for a cosy cooked dinner in, or cocktails and dancing with my friends at one of our homes. Going out on NYE is something I learnt not to do in my late teens … Pricey nightclub entries & over hyped nights out aren’t something I opt for on NYE anymore, but regardless of this, I still liked to get dressed up!!

I usually vamp up my eye makeup a little, add some rouge on my lips and curl my hair to give it a little dressy feel. As for clothes, I always like to wear a sparkly little dress and this little Boohoo one is a great NYE party dress. I’m undecided as to whether i’ll wear this one or my new Motel one, but either way sparkle is guaranteed :)

I love the dress, I think that NYE is abit over rated when it comes to a night out, the prices of everything from club entry to drinks is doubled!

Love this outfit so much!! that dress is fabulous. I agree going out to clubs is not the thing to do on NYE I tried it once and never again. I do however get dressed up no matter what I’m doing even if it is to stay home :)

Your NYE sounds a lot like mine! I resent paying the stupid prices for going out on NYE so I never do that. This year my boyfriend and I are going to our friends’ house, I’m sure we’ll all get dressed up and drink one too many glasses of wine but it’ll be a relaxed night :) xxx
