I seem to have developed an extreme obsession, which has tripled in intensity since finding the exact reincarnation of my dream boot. For a while now i’ve been admiring and seeking inspiration from looks featuring patent leather pointed ankle boots (or loafers). I’ve been searching high and low for the exact boot I have in mind, and thankfully last night I found said boot (these boots come in a black patent version), the only unfortunate news is that they’re ACNE. And come with a £430 price tag. Oh … and I’m meant to be on a spending ban post Christmas & my camera / coat splurging.
I’m currently scanning the highstreet for good replicas, but so far unfortunately nothing is ticking the box quite as much as these Acne Free Leather Chelsea Boots. If you happen to find anything similar, do keep me posted … you can see my current options on my pinterest wish list here.

These are gorgeous! Trust Acne to always deliver on the boot front! I’ve been looking for a similar style myself. Zara did a really good version last season but alas they sold out pretty quickly. I found them on ebay though (search for Zara black patent ankle boot) for only £72! Hope that helps!
