It’s been a week or two, but it’s happened again and i’ve lost all control and been on a wild online shopping spree. I was actually doing quite well, but then a cheeky 25% Whistles discount was featured in Grazia and my sister got a 20% Topshop discount. Clearly all sense then fell through the window & an over zealous amount of excitement ensued at the ‘bargains’ I could actually … I mean obviously my rationale head said it’s only 20% and you’ve bought at least 80% more than you would have done without discount, and therefore actually spent more! But of course my emotional head said, ‘hell yes, let’s get our shop on and buy everything I love’. So that’s what I did.

One of my purchases which I absolutely love is this sequin Whistles sweater, i’ve been admiring it for a while now both in this salmon pink shade but also in the white version which they also have. After finding the cheeky little discount in my mag, I decided I may as well treat myself. The best thing of all was that the top had already been reduced from £135 to £75 (presumably as it’s a summer shade) and so with my little 25% code I managed to get it for a bargain £56. Look at me being all thrifty! I’m also desperate to buy the Daisy foil skirt but sadly it’s all sold out :(

I’ve worn the jumper a couple of times already since I bought it (in fact i’m wearing it today with black skinnies & pumps) but teamed it this weekend with my Topshop reptile leather mini skirt & Zara patent pumps for a little dinner date look. The jumper is very fabulous & really upgrades the most basic of looks into something a little more bold.
