BOXING DAY

. CHRISTMAS ROUND II .

Boxing day is Christmas Day round II for me, usually brimming with red wine, enough food to feed an entire rugby squad & presents galore. This year was no different, with my Dad throwing a super banquet for all the family & food flowing like Victoria falls. I didn’t quite get a moment to take a picture of all the delicacies which were whipped up, roasted ham, cherry brewed lamb, home made profiteroles and this rather spectacular Christmas pudding which Jase’s sister made, absolutely amazing!! Now the day is winding down, and it’s time to dig into all these presents which have patiently been waiting for me to rip them open & enjoy the surprises inside!
