There’s nothing like an advent calendar to build excitement before Christmas, and even better when said advent is filled with lots of treats (and not just chocolates). One of the things i’m really loving this year is the sheer amount of brands offering their own little Christmas advent, whether it’s Whistles and their daily giveaways, Benefit with their beauty filled advent calendar, or The Body Shop with a festive blogger collaboration for everyday of the month. The advent is a big ‘thang’, and i’m all on board!

As part of The Body Shop’s festive calendar myself as well as 23 other bloggers have all been tasked with a little review of one of The Body Shop’s best and most loved products (a great inspiration for stocking fillers too)! I myself got the opportunity to try out The Body Shop’s massage set … which if you know me at all is pure perfection. I am a massage fiend, I treat myself to a 30 minute chair massage a couple of times a month and will visit a spa as much as my bank will let me for the full shebang (90 minute full body, yes please)! Anyway, i’m forever begging Jase to rub my shoulders, and trading back massages off with my sister, so getting this little massage kit was right on brand!!

The spa fit body massager (a bargain £7) teamed with the spa fit toning oil (£10) is the perfect duo for an easy but super satisfying little massage! There’s no excuses for a bad massage with this, you can do it as gently or heavily as you like, either way it’s super relaxing & satisfying! You can even do it on yourself if you’re friends and family aren’t in the mood for a barter exchange!
