COACHELLA READY KNIT DRESS

This post is one of those wishful posts where I’m wearing an outfit that I just wish was shot at Coachella, rather than my local village. This time of year is always the same, post my NY Fashion Week blues (e.g. blues of yet again not attending) comes my Coachella blues … non stop spamming across all my social channels of those lucky fashionista’s donning head to toe suede and dancing in the sunshine with palm trees and crystal blue pools as back drops. Bastards. I’m easing my woes this year by buying myself ‘Coachella esque’ outfits and pretending that i’m part of the crew!

This outfit would be my type of coachella look … as soon as I saw this Zara knit dress I became obsessed & started dreaming up a million outfits (most of which involved a tan and thin legs which sadly haven’t quite transpired). It’s one of those (in my opinion) super cool but massively laid back garments which is just utter perfection for Summer parties, festivals (apart from the colour) & general beach fun!  I styled the dress up with my Reiss leather jacket & fedora, Zara suede lace heels and Aspinal buckle bag! I actually really love the combo and think I may re-wear it this weekend for my birthday!
