This Sunday was the perfect chill day, a lazy morning including my favourite breakfast: tea and smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, followed by a little stroll into Richmond. An innocent little stroll that soon turned into a naughty Sunday shopping spree when I came across the golden gates to heaven. I’ve always loved a good little boutique but my gosh this store is beyond anything I’ve found before, largely because EVERYTHING in the store I seriously wanted. The designers and collections featured were my fashion sense down to an absolute T. AB Avenue Boutique in Richmond is my new favourite crush, and there is no way I will be able to resist spending my entire February wages in there. Here’s a little sneak peak for you too.

The boutique is full of gorgeous, high quality, designer pieces, all on season trends and so unbelievable beautifully crafted. Think chunky gold jewellery, perfectly soft & chic leather jackets, classic black chiffon blouses, boho high wasted suede shorts and delicate ‘Middleton’ esque lace skirts. Everything in the boutique is a statement piece within itself, i’d love for any of it to be in my wardrobe. Naturally, as you’d expect with such quality and high end fashion, you’re looking at between £120-£260 for each item, but genuinely, I think they’d be worth saving for.

As I am sure you can expect, I accidentally blew all my ‘controlled’ spending out the window when I walked in this shop. You can’t resist, trust me. I (happily) passed over £62 for the most incredible Gestuz vintage style leather purse.

I spotted the purse as soon as I walked in to the store and absolutely loved it. I was held back initially for a couple of reasons, firstly I don’t have £62 to spend willy nilly on a whim, secondly I have 2 Mulberry purses which I love, so by no means need another purse. Being a good ‘sensible’ girl I walked away. Unfortunately I then walked in a big circle and came back and bought it right away. I loved it too much to be sensible. So there it is, my cheeky little sunday spree and my lovely new purse. I can assure you one thing, I will be back there very soon to pick up a few more one off pieces (The Gestuz brown leather jacket featured above is next on my wish list).
