An alternative look from me today, and a contrast to yesterdays girly floaty look. For forever and a day I’ve been lusting after sheer sequin detailed tops, dreaming about the pretty beaded detail and longing to work out how to wear them. I’ve always found the problem with them two fold, firstly they’re semi cropped and secondly they’re see through. For me this makes them super hard to style in a day appropriate mannor.
Given these styling concerns, I’ve never taken that leap of faith to purchase, but still dreamed of owning one. Then came along the lovely team at Krisp who super kindly quenched my craving and sent me this gorgeous tan sequin detailed blouse. Actually far more pretty than any other high street tops I’d seen previously and a super fit for me. It’s not quite cropped which makes it far easier to wear too. Love it.
Wanting to maintain some modesty, I styled the sheer top with this tan Bershka blazer, it just reduces the risque nature a little (e.g. covers your baps). To give the top a little edgy twist I rocked my leather pants which I picked up from Topshop 6/8 months ago. To finish the look off I wore these awesome Krisp bright print wedges which I was also kindly sent. I love them, they’re so comfy due to the platform but give you some great height as they must be around 5/6″ in total :D
What do you think of this look? I’m so glad to finally own a gorgeous beaded top :) Also, don’t forget if you love my blog, to give me a little nomination for best new fashion or best new comer blog for the Cosmo Blog awards :D
