. SUEDE A LINE SKIRT .
Well I did warn you that I couldn’t get enough of this little skirt didn’t I. I can’t quite decide what I love more, the A line perfect cut, the bold and vibrant colour of the wonderfully soft suede material. There are so many things I love about this skirt that I wasn’t lying when I said I simply can’t stop wearing it. This outfit was a little something I wore to work and for a post work party last before I went away to Bruges. We were heading to the Hoxton hotel after work for a few drinks and so I wanted to wear something a little more exciting than my basic throw on work look (skinnies / knit / ankle boots … you know the deal)! This skirt was the perfect statement piece for the job and looked quite cool I thought with my Aldo patent booties!
. ASOS SUEDE A LINE MINI . CELINE NANO . TOPSHOP HIGH NECK TOP . ALDO ALEWEIL BOOTS (SIMILAR) .
I actually hadn’t been to the Hoxton Hotel before but its quite as cool as you’d expect, we were in the library room enjoying some fizz and nibbles and when I left I quite wished I could have just hit their lounge dining area and snuggled up with a cup of tea and a good book! Whilst I’m most definitely a West London girl, I definitely appreciate the East and all it’s creative, rustic, undiscovered corners. Whilst the Hoxton Hotel was a new experience for me, Shoreditch House has become quite the regular haunt after my membership was accepted, i’ve been a regular visitor to the Soho House houses over the last 5 years, from rather boozy nights in Soho House & Shoreditch House, to date nights at the Electric & the High Road. Whilst I have been lucky enough to enjoy these spots as a guest, I decided it was about time I became a member myself. So Voila. I’m quite excited to escape for a little blogging time in the lounges Highroad house has to offer, and of course spend my evenings post work in Shoreditch! In fact last night I went for a little celebratory dinner there, celebrating my blog relaunch, my promotion and of course my membership! It was a fab evening (despite me having a headache) made even better by the fact Tom Daley was sat next to us at supper! It’s the little things!
Anyway, definitely off topic, but don’t you agree this skirt is the answer to all our prayers?
