. MAGAZINES & CUPPA TEA .
Todays post is rather a non post, it’s Saturday afternoon and i’m still nursing a lingering hangover as a result of a rather excellent lunch at Balthazar which continued into a cocktail tasting tour of central london … Radio Rooftop bar at ME hotel, Christophers Martini Bar & ending on a rather drunken stumble into N0.5 Cavendish Square. Not a bad Friday i’d say, it’s not something that happens often, but every now and then the ‘perks’ of media do play trumps & help excuse the late nights and stress that surround my job for the bulk of time. Needless to say after a few too many bottles of French Red, a debatable volume of Gin & the array of Martini’s that passed my lips, i’m feeling a little bit worn today. Not to mention slightly concerned by the memory of being filmed for a pilot TV show at 5pm at the Radio Bar (A kind of incredible astrologer who completely analysed me by my name and birthday … his points were spookily spot on). That’ll be interesting if it ever makes it on air?
So what better way to spend my day than eating naughty food (Mac N Cheese at Bills hit the spot perfectly) dedicating hours to my favourite magazines and blogs & consuming a gallon of sugary tea!! Tonight calls for a movie & Mexican and tomorrow will be dedicated to blogging.
So for now, excuse my lack of inspiration, and do dedicate your 10 minutes of ‘mediamarmalade time’ to reviewing this weeks looks. Which was your favourite?
