. AUTUMNS COAT .
I’ve been embracing winter weather with full thrust since returning home from holiday. It’s not too hard to love Autumn in the UK when the gorgeous autumn leaves scatter the cobbled British paths, the Starbucks Christmas coffees arrive (toffee nut latte is my tipple of choice) and faux fur becomes my life partner.
My Autumn essentials never change year on year, no matter what the trends dictate. Faux fur is a serious staple of mine, whether that be in coat, head bands or stole form, I finish every outfit off with a little faux fur. I love the cosiness of faux fur and also how chic and fabulous it looks and feels. I have a number of faux fur coats which I wear every year – a chocolate brown number, snow leopard print & a gorgeous camel fur gilet (which no doubt if you’ve read my blog for a while you’ll remember clearly), I also have a couple of new additions this year. This gorgeous fur collared Missguided number is the latest addition to my fur collection AND i’ve ordered a super glamorous full faux fur jacket from Missguided too (see here).

This coat is fab if you’re not ready to fully embrace a fur coat, but want to add a little glam to your winter outerwear. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it online. It’s a gorgeous texture mix and the fur is so full it really is so cosy. I styled this coat with my all black swing shift dress and m chunky black and gold buckled ankle boots (both from Missguided in fact – i’m seriously coveting the brand this Autumn).
A cosy fur coat, thick black tights, chunky ankle boots and a laid back LBD … that’s my winter uniform right there.

The only thing i find a little wierd with this coat is that the back comes up high than the front….??
