. SUNDAY BRUNCH .
Now if you’ve read my blog for a while, followed my Instagram or twitter or generally know me, then you’ll be well aware of my serious obsession with brunch. It’s a ritual for me to indulge in some serious weekend brunching on a weekly basis, Saturday and Sunday, in or out, brunch is top of the agenda. Since we’ve had our new home, Jase and I have had brunch in a few times, cooking ourselves up a little treat. As with any new home, we’ve had to stock up on our ‘essentials’ and naturally Brunch kit was a top priority.
I was fortunate enough to have been given £120 from TK Maxx to invest in some home wear for our new home, not only was this an extremely lovely treat it was also a huge help. As with any new home, kitting it up costs a bomb. I’d actually already spent £100 in TK Maxx stocking up general home bits for our house, so when I received this voucher I decided to treat us to some more luxury items for the kitchen specifically. Each of them key items for our brunch days.
It has to be said Woks are unbelievably handy and we picked up this brilliant one from TK Maxx and have been using it to cook our morning eggies.
Jase and I spent absolutely ages trying to find the right chopping board, who knew it could be so difficult to find the perfect one. This one was another great find at TK Maxx.
Jase and I have recently got a little taste for cheese and really love slate as a table matt or ‘tray’ for our little buffets. This Jamie Oliver one was nearly half the usual RRP in TK Maxx.
I love le creuset and was lucky enough to inherit a full set of le creuset pots and pans from my dad. When I spotted this gorgeous tea range in our local TK Maxx I instantly snapped it up.
As well as tea, coffee is a dear friend of mine. Having recently invested in a portable Bodum coffee mug, i knew how good they were. I couldn’t believe I found this for £15 (half price and less than my portable mug which I ordered off Amazon).
So there you have it, not only a Saturday morning tease with some yummy brunch pictures but also a little show and tell of all my new TK Maxx finds, all of which were such good quality branded items for absolutely bargain prices. I was so impressed with their home ranges that I’ve basically been making weekly visits since I moved into my flat.
Are you a fan of TK Maxx, have you found some gems in their stores? What do you think of our Sunday brunch set up?

That’s so cute! I love TK Maxx home.
I think as soon as we get out of our tiny studio flat & finally have some proper kitchen space, I’ll be making a point of having brunch all the time!

Ooo this looks lush! I swear by T.K.Maxx & Home Sense – I find lots of treasures in there at bargain prices and I recently got all my pots and pans in red to colour co-ordinate with my kitchen (I know this sounds sad), that wok is definitely on the ‘to buy’ list.
