I’ve been embracing my Autumn Winter wardrobe already and investing in some statement pieces. This Zara number is something i’ve had my eye on for absolutely ages and ordered as soon as it came on sale last week. I love the embroidered detail and the slinky black satin style of this shift dress, perfect for dinner dates and Christmas parties.

The dress was £79.99 from zara and something that had been on their website as a ‘coming soon’ item for what felt like weeks. I was lucky enough to have a Zara voucher which i’d been saving to use so as soon as this came on sale I snapped it up. The dress arrived this week and I can’t wait to have an opportunity to wear it. The dress was a little crumpled on arrival and unfortunately a bead fell off as soon as I got it out the bag (poor form) but I think i’m just going to sew it back on and hope it was a rarity.
