Today is the next blog post in the ‘Fashion Around the World’ series I take part in. This time there’s 5 of us and we’re working with the French brand My Sweet Dressing to style 1 dress in our own (5 different) way. We all picked the Kling dress as our dress of choice, I personally opted for the strawberry pink colour.
My Sweet Dressing is a really cute online boutique shop, they stock some really cute vintage style dresses but the Kling dress was a favourite for all 5 of us bloggers due to it’s simplicity and the skater style cut. I wore this dress a couple of weekends ago when pottering around Bristol with Jase. We popped to the Bocca Bar for a quick cider in the sunshine and I managed to persuade him to take some outfit pics for me. I love the retro feel of the Paintwork’s area in in Bristol (where the Bocca Bar is), it’s a quirky converted warehouse area and so makes for a pretty cool photo location.
I wore the dress with some casual accessories, including my leather jacket and burgundy office boots. I really like it when a potentially dressy dress is styled for a much more casual laid back look. See below how the other 4 bloggers from around the world styled their dress.
