As today’s outfit post is a little uninspiring I decided to add a few festive treats to make it a tad more exciting. These are the beautiful Christmas decorations in Covent Garden, it certainly makes my lunch break all cosy and festive.
So i’m sorry about todays outfit post – It’s actually what I wore yesterday for a quick shopping session in Cabot’s Circus. I decided to get my leather pants out from the cupboard and take them for a spin. I fell back in love with them, so will be wearing them lots this winter now. I took these outfit pictures in the carpark – ROCK N ROLL BABY.
. Topshop Leather Trousers (old) . Miss Selfridge Cardigan (old) . AX Paris Boots £36 .
We nipped into Bristol so I could buy a smart skirt for a very big meeting we have on Monday at work. I needed something knee length but still wanted it to be fashionable and something I like. So it provided me with a fab excuse to go and buy a real leather pencil skirt :) As always happens with me, I accidentally bought something else too. I fell in love INSTANTLY with this Zara blazer and was at the till paying before I even had a chance to think. I do love it and will wear it constantly so I think it was a worthy purchase. Now i’m back on my spending ban ahead of my NYC trip :)
My new skirt <3 (River Island £35)
New Blazer <3 (Zara £60)
Sorry this post is a little all over the show, I’m running out for a festive Sunday lunch at the Old House At Home – my favourite west country gastro pub. Then I’m rushing back to London for some dinner with my friend and preparation for our big meeting tomorrow. I’ll try and get some outfit pictures of my leather skirt in action tomorrow and will show you on my bloggy soon.
What do you think of my new purchases & my shopping outfit? What have you been up to this weekend? If you want to keep up to date with my pics then make sure you follow me on instagram, it’s mediamarmalade
