I have so many items in my wardrobe that I just forget I have, and I love re-finding them and creating a new outfit for them. This silk blue top is one of those, I bought this from Zara a few years ago, it’s silk on the front and cotton on the back and is a really great length as you can just about pull it off as a dress.

I wore this outfit out for dinner with my girls on Saturday night. We had such a lovely time having dim sum and vino in Winchester, despite the fact it ended horrifically (there really are some hideous people in the world). Anyway, my outfit looked lovely at the beginning of the night, not so much by the end. I think this look is really easy & simple but quite nice for an evening out with the girls.
