Winter Wonders - Mediamarmalade

So as I mentioned, this weekend I hit up Winchester Christmas markets & whilst I gave a little glimpse of my outfit, I thought i’d do a full post so you can see what I wore. Now I must admit that I did change my shoes as I was walking out the door as my sister proclaimed it would have been ridiculous to walk through the cobbled streets of Winchester in 6 inch heels.

So my outfit was pretty simple and actually just something I ‘threw together’ by accident whilst desperately trying to find something to wear – but It’s probably my favourite outfit I’ve worn in a long while. I teamed a really old Gina Tricot blouse with my new Zara tweed / leather blazer and my AX Paris boots. I also added my cosy new snood which I got as a gift at the styling event I went to on Thursday last week.

It was such a simple, underrated outfit, but when it all came together I just loved it. So much so that I think I may wear this again tomorrow for work :)

This week is a short but busy one. I have a big presentation tomorrow at work so today is going to spent hard and work and is likely to be a very long day. Tomorrow and Wednesday I have my work and client Christmas parties – set to be messy & then Thursday morning is my long awaited city break to NYC. I’m getting super excited now and am hoping I may get some time to pack tonight – else it’s going to be a hungover Thursday morning affair which is likely to have terrible consiquences.
