It’s fair to say I do have a lot of clothes, and one of the downsides of having a lot of clothes, aside from the sheer square footage it takes up, is that sometimes you forget what you own. And sometimes you forget to wear loved items simply because they were hidden away in some cupboard in an attempt to make more clothing space. Todays outfit includes one such item, an item I am so pleased i’ve rediscovered and one I can’t believe i’ve not worn in probably well over two years. My Zara jacket.

Jase bought me this jacket for Christmas about two years ago after me declaring my love for it, I was so chuffed that he’d remembered and so pleased to finally have it in my possession, I spent most of the winter wearing it. If you’ve read my blog for a few years you may even remember it?
This weekend I spent a few hours pottering around the house & sorting my life admin out, after rummaging through my ‘coat cupboard’ (e.g. Harry Potters bedroom under the stairs) I came across my beloved jacket. I was so overcome with joy I decided to pop it on & show it a little love. I teamed the jacket with my Sienna shorts from Sugarhill Boutique & my Topshop white leather jumper. The look was completed by my new Clarks Blues Melody heels which I picked as part of our latest Project take 10 – a gorgeous heel from their new AW14 collection. The burgundy of the blues melody shoes, plus the gorgeous patent tassels went perfectly with my Autumnal outfit & made for a rather chic sunday look. I love mixing old with the new and this outfit is definitely something i’m going to be sporting a lot more this Autumn.
