WRAPPING UP FOR FALL

. THE KEY TO FALL IS LAYERING  .
If theres one thing I love about fall (or should I say Autumn seeing as i’m British?) it’s layering. Oh the cosiness and comfiness of layering. Wearing your favourite items, but topping them up with your most comfortable winter favourites. This outfit is a prime example of the wonders of layering. Shirt dress, tick. Cosy knit jumper, tick, Big oversized fur coat, tick. Thick black tights, tick. All i’m missing is some fur mittens and a cosy wooly hat … we’ll save those for winter though!

I absolutely love a cosy Autumn outfit, and layering is my trick of the trade when the weather starts to drop. As i’ve mentioned many a time, I don’t really have seasonal outfits, I like to carry my favourite items from season to season simply layering, or de-layering as the weather changes. This Brandy Melville jumper and my new Topshop coat are two favourites for Autumn layering (which you may have noticed given how much i’ve been wearing them).

    I love this outfit, the jumper sleeves poking out of the coat is a lovely touch! I don’t actually own too many Autumnal clothes pieces so I just layer up my existing clothes when it gets colder, it works out looking cute too!
