I WOKE UP LIKE THIS

. WHISTLES SEQUIN TOP & RIPPED SKINNIES .

I’ve been featuring this top quite a lot on my blog lately, and it’s been an ever developing story of me working out how to style it. It’s quite a statement top and a relatively unique colour which I don’t often wear, as such I feel as though it’s taken me a little bit of time to work out how best to style it. Finally after what I would say were two failed attempts, I think i’ve finally got it right in todays look.

I’ve decided the key to styling a bold statement top such as this, is to keep it simple. Don’t over do it, don’t over style it and definitely don’t over think it (previously I did all three). Of all the looks I’ve featured with this Whistles sequin top, this is by far my favourite and actually the most ‘me’ too. Teamed with a simple pair of distressed skinnies (which also happen to be Whisles), a pair of pumps (of the Navy blue patent variety from Zara) and of course a statement bag. For me, the Nano.
