So I hope you all had an amazing Christmas, I sure did. My little sisters and I woke up to sacks / stockings at 7am and sat in bed opening all our treats from Santa straight away. Stocking opening was followed by some decadent breakfast (and my favourite), smoked salmon & scrambled eggs with Bucks Fizz. We then proceeded to spend the next 3 hours sat around the tree giving and receiving all our Christmas presents. I got some gorgeous bits and everyone clearly knows me very well :) I will keep doing posts on all my various presents, but thought I’d keep them on theme. So firstly I’m covering off the amazing makeup my Nana and Grandpa bought for me …
So firstly I think I should clarify that I didn’t specify any makeup specifics (e.g. brand, shades, type), so when you see what I got below you’ll understand why I was sooo unbelievably chuffed. Everything they gave me was perfect, I love Clinique makeup & live by their skin care and makeup products, I love all the shades in my makeup palette, the lipstick colour is gorgeous and the smokey eye pencil is perfect for how I wear my eyes. A very pleased little lady was I.
Pretty darned amazing right. I am wearing the CK lipstick and Clinique eyeliner today and am really impressed with both the colour and the ease of application of both of these products. I’m not sure I’ll use the smudge stick on the eyeliner much as I prefer a bold line and I always find the smudger just removes the colour. I am also wearing the Bashful blusher from my compact set and it’s a very cute pink and perfect for a subtle blusher look. The eye shadow colours are totally my shades so will be using these loads too. Lucky me eh, hope you all did as well.
