Oh how I love a cosy and relaxed weekend and this weekend is turning out to be just that. For once I am actually in London, which means no Friday night driving & crazy Sunday night M4 Grand Theft Auto. My boyfriend came and met me after work and we hit the pub for a glass of vino with my work friends last night (this may seem trivial, but I never get to do this normally). We followed this up by a cosy dinner in Soho which was delicious. Today is equally as chilled, with a lazy morning, a short stroll on the Themes (I live right on it) followed by a visit to the village for some Starbucks chill time. We’ve been lounging here for a couple of hours, drinking Hazelnut Americanos and eating panini’s :) Relaxing to say the least. Tonight we’ve decided to cook up masterpiece and relax on the sofa with a movie. I can’t wait.

Today’s outfit is just a super comfy saturday lounging look, I decided it was about time I ditched the skinny jeans for a day so I rummaged through my wardrobe and decided to bring a little summer to my life and wear these denim shorts. Clearly its still freezing so I counter balanced the shorts with possibly the warmest knitted jumper ever :) I’ve also ditched the bayswater for my Mulberry shoulder bag, travelling a little lighter on the weekend & far more casual.
So my weekend is set to be a quiet one, and I must say, it’s just what I needed. I’ve got a really busy few weeks lined up what with Skiing, Madrid, TOWIB & general overload of stress at work, so a chilled one with the boy is perfect.
