On Saturday I went to Bournemouth beach with the girls to make the most of this glorious spring sunshine. We had such a lovely trip & here’s a little look at what I wore. I was torn between going all out and rocking some shorts (optimistic perhaps) or being slightly more realistic and wearing jeans. It was so sunny but I thought given it’s usually windy at the beach i’d go for jeans (but in a summery shade) and save my shorts for when it’s a little sunnier (and when I’ve had a chance to St Tropez).
I decided one way to make my look a little more summery would be to wear my amazing new heeled sandals. I only got these this week but love them so much already. They’re from Daniel Footwear and they have such a wicked collection of summer heels, sandals and wedges. I chose these cream ones as I love the cream suede straps (they will go with everything too) and I really liked the design of the shoe. The straps are really delicate and look ace with the platformed heel. Super comfy too I must say.
This is also a new blazer I’m wearing which I got from a lovely shop called Hush which is an online store selling quality basics and loungewear. This blazer is cotton with a fleece inside (so kept me warm against the wind). Hush have some awesome summer must haves, dresses, vest tops and lots of pretty PJ’s and nightwear. I also have another little goodie which I got from Hush which I’ll be featuring in an outfit post soon :)
Here’s us with our yummy ice creams on the beach (Rum & Raisin naturally. I’ve also added a couple of my fave shoes from Daniel Footwear collection, so many lovely ones to choose from. I love the pink and orange ones, so perfect for summer.
