Here’s another outfit with my gorg new H&M suede (well, not really suede) burgundy jacket. I really do love it and i’ve decided it looks ace with my Zara peplum blouse. It cuts off at the waist and so sits perfectly with a peplum style top. I also thought I’d dress it up a little with this outfit and so have teamed it all with my leather trousers to give it a bit of an edge.

Oh my, it’s so sunny and I am so happy about this. Winchester is set to be 19 degrees today and 100% sunshine, so guess where i’ll be going today: THE BEACH. Any excuse really, and this is a hell of a good one. I am getting really excited about my summer wardrobe now, as I’m sure you can imagine I do have a lot of clothes, but I’m still looking forward to picking up a few more summer clothes in the next few weeks.
A lot of people I know break their wardrobe into summer and winter clothes. So when Summer comes they wack out their boxes of summer shorts and tops and tidy away the winter cardies and cosy socks. I’m not sure why, but i’ve never been able to do this. I feel like in some shape or form I do wear my clothes all year round, layering up or down etc. Although having said this, sure I do have lots of dresses i’ve not worn since last summer, but still. I tend to just continually top up my clothes season on season … and I like having everything on display to give me lots of variety and choice.
How do you manage your summer wardrobe, are you preparing for a summer shopping splurge? What have you got planned for this glorious day?

I neeed this blouse! It’s lovely.
I do that with my clothes too! The majority of them stay in my wardrobe all year round and only my summer dresses and coats get put away between the seasons xxx

i never pack away winter or summer clothes other than my heavy winter coats in the summer. I live in Canada where summers can be a mix between spring and fall so I could need cardigans in the summer as well and I layer my summer clothes in winter with tights and such :)
