I’ve had a few new deliveries this weekend, as you may know as I’ve banged on about them enough, and this here be one of my lovely new wardrobe additions. I tend to have a fairly dressed up style, that’s mainly because I shop for both work and weekend wear, so normally smart casual always wins, but it’s nice when you find something a little more chilled that you love. Admittedly add a blazer and some skinny jeans and this would be perfect for work also, but I wanted to style this in my more relaxed vibe. This meant, rocking it as a dress, adding a ton of gold bangles and clinching it in with a waist belt.

I would say, back in the day before I developed a more work adjusted wardrobe, this is the sort of Boho chilled look i’d always dress in. I love the floral pattern and the colours are really dusty and natural which I love. The top / dress is just about long enough to wear as a dress with a top underneath which is awesome, and I think it goes really well with the tan leather accessories and chunky gold jewellery. The great news is also, it’s a bargain £18 from an online store called MYOFashion, I found some fab little pieces after having a browse, so there’s a few more outfits posts to come :) The blogging world really has opened me up to some great bargain online outlets with some really on trend items available.

OH, and naughty me went shopping yesterday too, i’ve added a little glimpse below of all my amazing goodies. I’m like a reformed woman too, all of this came to a measly £50 … yes thats right. The great thing about coming home is being able to pop into a nice primark and new look. In London i’m always in Zara, Mango, Topshop and French Connection so it’s nice to have a mix up when I can.

I can’t believe it’s sunday already too, NOOOO. Although good news is it’s 3 days to my Birthday. I can’t believe still at 24 how much of a big kid I am about it. I’m excited haha. I’m sharing the day with the 100 day count down to the Olympics which is quite exciting too. My week is going to be fairly relaxed with birthday celebrations at home next weekend.

    Love this outfit.. I’m exactly the same as you, I buy a lot of smart stuff that I wear for the day, so then my night outfits look ridiculously smart! xx

    love the blouse i love anything floral and being only 5ft tall i tend to wear blouses as dresses either with tights or leggings xx

    Haha got lost in all the comments at first! Well to start, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! For later in the week. But secondly, those pastel wedges are lovely! I might have to invest in a pair myself, all depending if I can walk steadily enough in them. I know how you feel about the whole ‘workwear’ look, but love this boho chic style you have going on with the dress – florals are always a winning pattern in my books :)
