. Vintage Belt .
Every now and then you create an outfit that you literally just LOVE. I do enjoy mixing pieces in my wardrobe up to create new looks, outside of those I tend to fall into a trap of creating daily. This outfit be one of those. I’ve become quite the fan of the asymmetrical cut skirt and this new one from sheinside is the newest to my collection. I love the rich colour of the burgundy and decided the outfit required a vampy edge to give it justice.
I’ve teamed this skirt with my Virgos Lounge Moss Blouse (I adore this item), this blouse is literally the perfect accompaniment to most bottom half items, jeans, shorts, leather shorts, and now … floaty skirts. The cream with gold sequin detail compliments this skirt completely and I love the way it sort of creates a very casual no effort but super smart look. I also nicked my sisters vintage belt to tie it in at the waste. And it wouldn’t be me without featuring my new Marni heels – are you getting bored of them yet? So voila … my lush new skirt vamped up :) I’m also wearing those cheeky Charons nude tights too, you’d never tell.
So today is Monday – AND WE’RE NOT AT WORK. Hallelujah. Today I will be spending the day stuffing my face with cake, I’m going for afternoon tea with my friend and I cannot wait. It’s my favourite little Cafe (Lilly’s – I’ve posted about it before) and they just do a lovely kitsch afternoon tea. Super.
PS: I watched Zac Efrons new film last night (Lucky One), not only PHWAR, but also his character is just literally the biggest romantic ever. Swoon. It’s made me long to live outside the city again, and being home in the country is such a nice vibe. One day :)

I love this skirt, the colour is gorgeous and I really like dipped hem skirts at the moment too. And the top is really pretty as well, the detailing on it is so pretty :)
