Print Pants - Mediamarmalade

Yesterday was my first day of normality since Saturday, I was finally feeling better and well enough to work, thankfully this was just in time for the Boohoo bloggers event too (hooray). The event was hosted at the Ice Bar just off regents street and was a true Christmas extravaganza I’ve got lots of pics from the evening which i’ll share on a post soon, but in the mean time I thought i’d share an outfit, part of which I also wore last night.

I absolutely love this H&M print and actually wanted to buy myself the dress version a few months ago. I never got round to it in the end as I bought my car and went on a huge saving spree. However as fate would have it, my wonderful little sister bought these trousers in the sale (£20) and lucky for me, the size 8 was too big for her. woopie. So I got to buy these beauties off of her. Lucky me eh. Ever since I got them this week I’ve been wearing them at every opportunity – sadly not that many given i’ve been in bed ill for the most of the week. But last night was a prime opportunity to wear them out.

For the event I actually styled them a little differently to this outfit, and instead wore a cream peplum and cream Zara fantasy jacket. I had work all day so needed something smart but that would also transition for the blogger event. The peplum top made the outfit a little smarter and actually went really well together – i’ll share this look on my blog soon :).

Today is a busy old day at work, although i’m seeing my buddy Kat for lunch which I cannot wait for & then heading home for a weekend in Winchester with Jase. I’m very excited as we’re going to see the new Twilight film & go to Dim T for some yummy grub.
