Project Take 10 – Zalando

I’d initially picked a really simple silk shift dress to style in my outfit, however post this I came across these amazing studded Chelsea ankle boots. It was love at first sight, and this is no word of a lie. I luckily got the opportunity to swap and have these as my take 10 item, and since they arrived on my door step i’ve not stopped wearing them.

They go with everything I own and are quite literally the most comfortable shoes ever. They look fab with jeans but also tights and dresses. Now it’s Autumn and a bit nippy my default wardrobe automatically falls to dresses, tights, cardigans and big fur coats. This sort of outfit looks nice but also allows you to layer up lots, which at this time of year is key. The only issue I always find is what shoes to wear, I don’t want to wear my mega high evening shoes, but at the same time want something a little more than just plain ballet pumps. That’s where ankle boots come in, they look great with dresses & the little heel makes you feel a tad more glamorous than just a pair of flats.

This outfit is going to be a live in Autumn outfit for me. The Zalando Chelsea boots go really well with my last season Sugarhill Boutique dress and H&M fur stole. The boots are actually my favourite pair of shoes right now and so as you may be able to tell i am VERY impressed with the Zalando range.
