A little while ago I mentioned I was guest blogging for AX Paris, it’s super exciting and if you missed my first guest interview you can check it out HERE. Anyway, I thought today i’d share with you my first style feature for the brand. Featuring their reindeer cut top & deep purple peplum skirt.
I love these two items, and despite the fact I’d never normally style them together, I thought i’d mix things up a bit and go for a smart autumnal skirt styled with a casual festive tee. I was worried it wouldn’t work, but I think overall it looks quite good. I’ve absolutely lived in this top ever since receiving it, it’s such a cute print and I love the material and cut. It also makes me feel all festive.

Last night I met up with my friend Kat and we headed to a couple of press days which were awesome, firstly was Warehouse where we viewed the SS13 collection and the second was Pixi where we viewed their new range and got to eat and drink lots of festive treats. The Warehouse collection was awesome, so pretty and clean and full of embellishment. I loved the range and will definitely be picking up a couple of the dresses next year. We had a fab goody bag and a voucher to go and treat ourselves, I can’t wait to get shopping. We then headed to Pixi and got to try out the new range, we saw a couple of other blogging ladies there which was lovely & got an amazing selection of Pixi palettes gifted to us. I can’t wait to try them out.

As always you look awesome and you rock ANY outfit you put on. I swear you could make a bin-bag look stylish! Your AXParis opportunity sounds so exciting you lucky lady! I love the combo of the skirt and the top! You’re right, the reindeer print does make it feel festive but not to OTT for November ;) – The purple skirt isn’t something I’d wear either but you look amazing and there’s a similar/identical one in Primark too.
