THE GREAT GERMAN BRATWURST

So I am renowned among my friends and family, for being the worlds biggest sausage fiend. Excuse the pun. Whilst in hamburg last year I consumed 13 bratwursts in 3 days, breaking all sorts of records I’m sure. Basically sausages are my guilty pleasure, my cheeky treat, and my biggest craving, so today I thought i’d share a cheeky little recipe :)

Jase and I made these bad boys on Sunday for lunch, they’re so easy to make but the tastiest yummiest things ever. I cannot wait for Christmas time when all the German markets come to town, bratwursts and gluhwein are my absolute fave.

On a totally separate note, I had the best evening at the WIWT event last night, Ministry of Waxing was beyond amazing and I cannot believe the professionalism and success of my treatment. As it was my first ever wax I was a tad nervous, but I couldn’t have been put more at ease, or had a better service. My waxer was lovely, and I’ll definitely be returning for regular treatments now. The evening was followed up by some champers at Circus which was lovely – naturally I ended up at Groucho partying my heart out until a 4am finish. Ouch. I have no middle ground at all it seems.
