Todays post is in celebration of this glorious spring sunshine that has turned up just in time for my birthday weekend. I couldn’t have been luckier given the recent arctic climates. Anyway, as soon as the sun hits, I seem to bring out all my colourful, smile inducing clothing and this outfit is one of those.
This is actually the outfit I wore last Sunday when the sun shone bright, I spent the day with Jase pottering around Richmond, drinking ice coffee and chilling by the riverside. It was near perfection and I didn’t even need a coat. YES, coatless. I even got to drive with my roof down …

As we were pottering around and Sunday’s are all about cosy, comfortable, casual wear I opted for these Zara skinny jeans and my Topshop neon pink knitted jumper, both old items, but real faves for when its sunny. I decided to go a bit OTT with the colour pops and added matching socks AND bag to finish the look off. I’ve been wearing my converse with my frilly coloured socks loads lately, I love the combination and I think I now have every colour from Topshop’s collection.
Todays the final day of my birthday celebrations and will be a fairly low key day spent chilling in the sun in my Moroccan inspired garden lounge which I decorated for my birthday (If you haven’t seen it yet, make sure you check out my instagram here). Eating the last of the birthday cake, before I head back to London and reality.
