. VINTAGE LEVIS .
Yesterdays post was a little teaser for todays outfit … I know it’s a little rainy right now but this weekend is due to be glorious in London and so i’m planning to spend the bank holiday with friends exploring the cities best markets (Exmouth and Columbia Road) and cafes, chilling out and generally pottering around like carefree londoners lapping up the delights of our home town.
This is a new outfit and something I wore last weekend, as the outfit is so relaxed and comfy it’s going to be my lived in attire for this full weekend. There’s nothing better than a pair of denim cut offs and a casual cami for a weekend of leisure.
. Urban Outfitters Vintage Levis Shorts £35 . Brandy Melville cami £18 & Bracelet £6 .
I always struggle to find a good fitting pair of denim shorts and always find them too short or too tight … never feeling comfortable when I wear them. I always admire international bloggers with their amazing fitting vintage shorts and their tanned and toned skinny pins … whilst I haven’t discovered the latter two, I have finally found a pair of vintage shorts that I like the fit of. Last week I dedicated a good hour to Urban Outfitters trying on their HUGE selection of vintage items and left with a smile on face with this pair .. i’ve not really taken them off since.
The top is another perfect item, a laid back, oversized cami from Brandy Melville – my new favourite store. It goes perfectly with my shorts and makes for the most comfortable and chilled outfit.
Have you got a perfect pair of denim shorts? What’s your plans for this bank holiday weekend?
