. LEVIS 505 .
A very late post from me today because I’ve been spending the weekend back home in Winchester with my Nan :) I’ve had a fab few days and spent today pottering around a local summer fete in my new vintage Levis … I mentioned in yesterdays post that I’d made a couple of new purchases, but they weren’t my only newbies. I also picked up these awesome vintage shorts from Urban Outfitters and this new Zara knitted jumper this week too (Naughty).

I’ve been after a pair of ‘perfect fitting’ denim shorts for absolutely ages, but could never find a pair that I feel 100% comfortable in. I’ve wanted a pair of denim shorts forever but generally found i looked like a stuffed sausage in them, which was rather disheartening … however all that changed this week when I spent a good 30 minutes in Urban Outfitters trying on all their vintage shorts. To my utter surprise i found a zillion that actually looked alright. Turns out vintage shorts are pretty flattering and they offer a far better fit than high street denim shorts (for me at least)!! I managed to narrow my favourites down to two pairs, and in the end picked up these vintage 505 Levi’s. Something I will never regret. They are a total dream!!

Love them!!! I picked up a pair in Paris vintage shop last year for 5 euros. Absolute bargain!!

I think the best way to wear denim shorts is Vintage Levi’s, they really make an outfit look unique. Gorgeous!
