. ZARA MINT JACKET .
Happy Monday one and all, despite everyone being on holiday bar me (or so it feels) and given the fact I have an exceedingly busy work week ahead, i’m feeling up beat today! I’m not sure why, but I’m rolling with it. As today is Monday and back to work day, I thought I’d share a recent work outfit with you all.
I wore this outfit to work last week and managed to persuade Jase to take a couple of snaps of the look. If you follow me on Instagram (if not, why not? You must sort that out immediately by clicking HERE), then you will have already seen this look live on the day itself.

I decided to embrace the little bit of sunshine we had by going bare legged in my ASOS jacquard dress but added my Zara green coat for warmth and because adding a little bit of colour always perks up my mood. I’ve never really worn ‘summer coats’ before, usually adding a denim or leather jacket instead, but there’s something uber chic and sophisticated about a summer coat, and Zara’s collection this year was so spot on. Full of bright colours and understated designs, I couldn’t help but invest in this gorgeous green number.
The outfit was finished with my geek chic Topshop shoes and my Mulberry satchel … channeling back to school all the way :)

I’ve actually JUST put that Jacquard dress in my ASOS bag right before this post! Can’t wait to style it up with barelegs on holiday (I still haven’t been) and then tights and boots for winter at work!
